Default Quadruble Han dynasty Great Wall in Gansu?

Look, what I detected today:
To my opinion a clear Great Wall. It seems to be a barrier to the north(!) and expresses extreme fear of invaders. Four distinctive Walls associated.
For this location is far off the known Ming dynasty Great Wall and because there are any beacon towers missing I assume it was build in an earlier dynasty, maybe (probably?) Han dynasty. I have never read anything about this location. Does anyone of you know anything about it?

Difficult to say. At a first glance it looks natural to me, but interesting to what others might think.

Never ever. It definitely is a human made wall. The water running direction is rectangular. I know this type of landscape, natural structures all are going in 90° angle to the shown structure. The shape also resembles the Han dynasty wall shapes I have seen on GE.

I promise, this is a wall, most probably any Great Wall.

To my knowledge this location never has been published before.

I don't question your knowledge of this area but it doesn't look man made to me. Do you have any Han dynasty positions to compare with?

Default Great Walls?

I don't know what to say! Chinoook seems totally positive, but if I were judging an unknown image I would have doubts too. Who will volunteer to go there and have a look?

Without any doubt I will go there the next time I will be in Gansu. And I will go ...

Look at the structures: Where there water ran down the structure is washed away. It can not be _very_ old (in geological units) but it must be very old (in human lifetimes). So it must have the perfect Han dynasty Great Wall age.

Yes, I have Han Dynasty Wall remnants in GE. But those have to be different (though they look a bit alike), because they where made of alternating layers of reed staw and pebbles.

An example: 40°23'49.36"N 93°53'23.78"E

I think I'm going to have to agree with Chinoook here, especially after comparing with the wall near Yumenguan. After all, Chinoook is our resident expert on the western areas of the Great Wall. But it would be great to go there and have a look and take some photos. If it's really many tightly spaced layers of defense then it's a truly unique and fascinating feature of the Great Wall.

To make it even more plausible: Please have a look at

39°15'28.82"N 99°29'46.51"E in the vicinity.

which in my opinion also is a defensive wall. There obiously was a great fear for people coming from the south.
You don't agree? Did you notice what is on

39°15'30.43"N 99°29'55.35"E ?

And even notice the structure it aligns it ...
