On the way to Henglingcheng we made a stop here (40°14'53.44"N 115°49'18.47"E) to have a quick look at the wall. However at the way back my wife noticed a GW sign, so I had to investigate The place was Juhuguan (40°14'46.33"N 115°50'28.23"E):
The wall here is very impressive but unfortunately only the stone base remains.
The Great Wall of Juhuguan.
Clearly this was a brick wall - at least part of it, but not many bricks remains today. Other parts of the wall seems to have been a pure stone wall.
