Information Sandaoguan information

I think this must be the location of Sandaoguan: 40° 3'41.10"N 119°45'12.14"E

Chinese name: 三道关

Pinyin name: sān dào guān

English name: three way pass

The wall here consist of three parts - the main wall and two smaller walls. This might be one of the smaller walls: 40° 3'45.78"N 119°45'9.33"E

It seems to be easy to get to the area so I will probably go there soon...

Simply by looking at Google Earth. The Panoramio images in this area of the wall is named 三道关.

These websites helped to confirm it:

I might go there next weekend

Default Lanshuiguan ?

It seems Lanshuiguan is located close by if you look at these maps:

I think it's the same parking lot, so this might be called Lanshuiguan: 40° 4'2.54"N 119°45'12.36"E

Map Lanshuiguan

Could it be that they are two names for the same place — perhaps an old and new name — like Qiliankou / Lianhuachi?

By the look of it, there seems to be two sections here so it would make sense with two different names.

I probably need to go there myself to look for some clues
