There is probably some traces left scattered around the province but most likely in very bad condition. In there eastern part of Shandong there's a lot of mountains so there might be something left here.
On the first website, you can find Zhucheng is western to QingDao. According to Qi historical records, King Xuan built the Great Wall east to Yellow Sea and west to Ji Zhou to defend against Chu.

A quick look at GE lead me here:

35°56'23.09"N 119°28'56.22"E

35°56'36.27"N 119°29'36.87"E

Looks like some kind of old wall
