Hike! Jiankou + Mutianyu Great Wall sleeping in local family

Most Chinese work and live in small farming communities. Some of these are many kilometers from towns and cities and some are on the edges of large cities such as Beijing. We take you to a spectacular section of the Great Wall situated in such countryside. On picking you up, you are going to first head north of Beijing. On the way you will get a flavour of the countryside, the homes, the shops, the roads, and the people. We start our hike from a very beautiful part of the Wall called Jiankou Great Wall. We will climb up to the highest tower of the Wall called Wangjinglou, where the views are second to none. From Wanjinglou we will hike to a tower called General Tower. We then head out to the farm that we will be staying at, have some superb country food for dinner, and get a good night sleep.
