Default Underwater Great Wall

Bryan, Chinoook and co, where is the underwater great wall? I heard it is near Tangshan or Tianjin but unsure of exact locations.

Panjiakou/Xifengkou GW, around 40°25'43.28"N 118°17'10.51"E.
