Badaling was your fist step onto the Great Wall, there are probably many more to come.
It is improbable that one can walk all sections of the (Ming) Great Wall in groups since most of the terrain is very far off any infrastructure and the landscape not the most comfortable for long walks.

I had 1800km so far along GW of several dynasties. Others here did long walks or even visited the Wall many times for exploration and research.

I am all ready for the 2-day hike !

Weather forecast in Beijing is for snow on tues 10-11 Nov ..... I am keeping my fingers crossed

Will be back posting some images in a couple of weeks !!
