Thanks! I have read all except those that are noted as "Future books". But future books here in the USA can be current books in China, as in the case of The Great Wall Revisited.

The ISBN for the US release is 0674031490 or 978-0674031494. The publisher is Harvard University Press. Publication date is 15 September, 2008. It's also 292 pages, so I suspect the content is identical.

The retail price is $39.95. The Amazon.com price is currently $26.37.
