I am geographic educator and making a project related with Great Wall for my students.
I am looking on google for Great Wall GPS data and come into this forum.
One question for Kim's data
I can understand greatwallforum's data, the unit and digital is clear.
I am confusing on your data digital on degree minute unit ?
E.g.
Jiumenkou (Liaoning): 40° 7'3.19"N 119°44'38.93"E
Is that equal to ? 40° 7.19"N 119°44'.93"E
Or what that means exactly ?
However, this GPS data appears not complete.
Is that possible to know more data available ?
(I understand it's difficult to have complete data of great wall.
Just want to help my students to understand that better.)
